"Step into Wisconsin History near the Wolf River"

The
Freeman House Bed and Breakfast is located in New London,
Wisconsin. Leslie E. Freeman’s foresight created this 1908 Grand
Queen Ann Style home while employed as the vice-president of Hatten Lumber Company. Victorian charm throughout presents
itself in the original bird’s-eye maple flooring, oak woodwork,
ornate columns and staircases.
Elegant European-style decor awakens a period of yesteryear
while providing a warm and welcoming shared living and dining
area. Silk drapes wrap the nine-foot bay and lead glass windows.
All guest rooms; Juneau Room,
Washburn Room,
Cooke Room, are found on the second floor.
Treat yourself to an elegant European tea or coffee upon arrival
or join other guests in the common room for a late afternoon
French-style wine and cheese plate. Breakfast each day will
reflect traditions of French and English-style bed and
breakfasts: fresh-fruit and juices,
baguettes and cheeses in addition to hot and cold seasonal cuisines.
The Freeman House is walking distance to
Cline Hanson Funeral Home and the Wolf River, scenic
multipurpose trails including the new Bernegger River walk along
the south side of the Wolf River and parks. The historic downtown area
provides entertainment at the local movie theatre, shops,
restaurants and pubs all within walking distance from the inn.
Relax with your wireless laptop or read a book on the wrap-around porch or second floor
balcony, visit local area attractions, friends and family. You
are within easy driving distance of Lambeau Field in Green Bay
